Working Principle of Thermoelectric Protection Device
1. Components of thermoelectric protection device: mainly composed of thermocouple probe, wire, solenoid valve assembly and external connecting rod of solenoid valve.
The probe, wire and joint of the thermocouple are processed into a whole. The probe is fixed on the furnace head with a nut or clamp spring, and the joint is connected with the solenoid valve joint. The solenoid valve assembly consists of an electromagnet, a reset spring, an air valve and an external connecting rod, which is installed in the shell of the combustion switch, and its control valve is connected in series in the air supply path.
2. Working Principle: When the burning switch of the cooker is ignited, the thermocouple is heated to generate electromotive force, which supplies power to the solenoid coil through the wire, so that when the burning switch is opened, the solenoid valve with the lower voltage of the external connecting rod keeps its position, communicates with the gas path, and burns normally. For some reason, when the furnace head is quenched, the thermocouple probe cools down, loses the electromotive force, the electromagnet coil loses power, and the valve closes the air circuit under the action of the reset spring.
